## 有哪些充值方式？

* 目前可支持山鲸官网支付宝充值，可使用花呗/信用卡支付；
* 联系[山鲸AI官方客服](/about/contact.md)，微信或支付宝转账，由人工形式开通。

## 充值后一直没到账怎么办？

在网络正常稳定的情况下，支付成功，您购买的套餐会及时到账，付款成功后，订阅套餐页面会显示`我已支付完成` 的按钮，点击即可刷新页面。

## 我后悔了，我可以退款吗？

可以的！但需要在未使用/未消耗鲸币的情况下，7个工作日可以随时[联系官方客服](/about/contact.md)处理退款。

## 我要报销，提供企业正规发票吗？

可开企业正规发票，报销无忧。

## 绘图比较频繁，我冲的多有额外优惠吗？

山鲸AI平台目前提供了阶梯式套餐，一次性充值越多，折扣赠送越大。如果需要更大额度的积分套餐，可以[联系官方客服](/about/contact.md)。

## 我是企业，我是工作室，可以购买企业多人套餐吗？

当然可以，购买越多，折扣力度越大，并且可定制同款程序，可最大力度保护公司商业设计版权等隐私。
